Stolen from subway trains by local young car enthusiasts, also known as bosozokus, the tsurikawas were attached to the inside of the car so the passengers could slide their wrist inside the ring and hang outside the car window....These can also been seen within drift cars as a grab handle & often seen hanging from the rear bumper of the car.
